Swaroopam
''Swaroopam'' ( ml, സ്വരൂപം) is a 1992 Malayalam film written and directed by K. R. Mohanan, starring Sreenivasan, Sandhya Rajendran and V. K. Sriraman. It won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Malayalam. Plot Shekharan is a farmer. He lives in the countryside with his wife and two children. Shekharan is a hard worker and has no time for anything but his job. He progressively builds up his assets and is saving money for the construction of his house. An old man, a relative of Shekharan, comes to his house. The old man tells him that Shekharan is part of a large family which has been privileged enough to be resourceful due to the boon of a great grandfather of the family. He invites Shekharan to visit the family. Shekharan goes with the old man and visits his distant cousins who are all well placed and affluent. National Film Award For Best Feature Film In Malayalam
The National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Malayalam is one of the National Film Awards presented annually by the Directorate of Film Festivals, the organisation set up by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, India. It is one of several awards presented for feature films and awarded with Rajat Kamal (Silver Lotus). The National Film Awards, established in 1954, are the most prominent film awards in India that merit the best of the Indian cinema. The ceremony also presents awards for films in various regional languages. Awards for films in seven regional language (Bengali, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil and Telugu) started from 2nd National Film Awards which were presented on 21 December 1955. Harikeshan Thampi
Harikeshan Thampi, stage name Hari, is an Indian actor and dubbing artist best known for his work in Malayalam cinema. He has acted in more than 50 films and dubbed for almost 1,000 films. Thampi made his debut in the Malayalam film ''Raja Harishchandra'' as Lohithakshan, son of Raja Harishchandra. Later he switched roles to be a dubbing artist. He lent his voice for Chiranjeevi in 60 films and all of them were super hits. Nagarjjuna, Krishna, and Mohan Babu were identified with his voice in Telugu. Ambareesh, Vishnuvarddan and Malayalam actors Sankar, Shanavas, Captain Raju, and Devan also benefited from the flexibility of his vocal cords. Sreenivasan (born 6 April 1956) is an Indian actor, screenwriter, director, dubbing artist and producer who predominantly works in Malayalam cinema. Sreenivasan has starred in over 225 films.
