''Sect'' (stylised in all caps) is the debut studio album by Australian electronic producer Golden Features, released on 27 July 2018 via Warner Music Australia. The album was supported by a headline national tour across Australia commencing on Saturday 11 August 2018 until Saturday 26 August 2018. The tour was announced on 4 April 2018 alongside the album, following the release of lead single “Falling Out” on 22 March 2018. ''Sect'' reached number one on the ARIA Dance Albums Chart on 6 August 2018 and peaked at number 11 on the Aria Albums Chart. "Woodcut" (featuring Romrarin) was later released as a single, accompanied by two remixes of the album track on 14 December 2018. Thomas George Stell (born 1991), known professionally as Golden Features, is an Australian deep house / dance DJ and producer currently signed to Warner Bros. Records. Three singles, "Tell Me" featuring Nicole Millar, "No One" featuring Thelma Plum, and "Wolfie" featuring Julia Stone; received listener's votes for the Triple J Hottest 100. They were listed, successively, at No. 101 in 2014, No. 92 in 2015, and No. 70 in 2016. Golden Features performed at the Hard festival in 2016. Odesza
Odesza (; stylized as ODESZA) is an American electronic music duo originating from Bellingham, Washington. It consists of Harrison Mills and Clayton Knight, known individually as Catacombkid and BeachesBeaches. They formed in 2012, shortly before Mills and Knight graduated from Western Washington University. Their debut album, ''Summer's Gone'', was released later in 2012 to acclaim in the underground electronic music community. Big Wild
Jackson Stell (born 1990), known by his stage name of Big Wild, is an American electronic producer, composer, vocalist and sound engineer. As a performer, his live shows often consist of switching between multiple instruments (drum pads, synths, keyboards and live vocals). Coinciding with the release of his debut album, ''Superdream'', Big Wild kicked off a world tour in the Spring of 2019. Hordern Pavilion is a building located in Moore Park, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, on the grounds of the old Sydney Showground. Queens of the Stone Age (commonly abbreviated QOTSA) is an American rock band formed in 1996 in Palm Desert, California. Post-punk
Post-punk (originally called new musick) is a broad genre of punk music that emerged in the late 1970s as musicians departed from punk's traditional elements and raw simplicity, instead adopting a variety of avant-garde sensibilities and non-rock influences. The Presets
The Presets are an Australian electronic music duo of Julian Hamilton (vocals, keyboards) and Kim Moyes (drums, keyboards).
