''Stripped'' is the fourth studio album by American singer Christina Aguilera. It was released on October 22, 2002, by RCA Records. Looking to transition from the teen pop styles of her self-titled debut album (1999), Aguilera took creative control over her next album project, both musically and lyrically. She also changed her public image and established her alter ego Xtina. Musically, it incorporates pop and R&B with influences from many different genres, including soul, rock, hip hop, and Latin music. It was released as the lead single from their fifth studio album ''Black Celebration'' (1986) on 10 February 1986, through Mute Records. Written by the band's lead songwriter Martin Gore, "Stripped" has been described as an "ominous and intriguing pop song." It incorporates various samples into its instrumental; most notably, the sound of an idling motorcycle engine was recorded, altered slightly, and inserted as a percussive element. It was the band's sixth consecutive single to enter the UK Top 20, peaking at number 15. Elsewhere, it peaked at number 4 in Germany and reached the top 10 in Finland, Sweden and Switzerland. ''Stripped'' is Daniel Ash's fifth album and his first studio album since his 2002 release, ''Daniel Ash''. The album features reworkings of songs from his previous work with bands Bauhaus, Tones on Tail and Love and Rockets, as well as one original track. Background Daniel Ash had originally intended to release an album of some of his older work stripped down acoustically, but later decided that the idea was boring. Ash taught himself how to use Logic Pro and stripped down the songs electronically, then rebuilt them with elements of EDM, including dubstep, as well as elements of reggae. In 2014 he funded the album on PledgeMusic and asked fans to select the songs to be included on the album, which was released later that year by GO! Studio. The album was also reissued in 2016 by MVD Entertainment Group and Main Man Records. The film's original concept was to make a documentary about cartoonists in their studios. ''Stripped'' is a live album by the English rock band the Rolling Stones released in November 1995 after the Voodoo Lounge Tour. It contains six live tracks and eight studio recordings. The live tracks were taken from four 1995 performances, at three small venues, and include a cover of Bob Dylan's "Like a Rolling Stone", which was the first single from the album. The remaining eight tracks were acoustic studio re-recordings of songs from the Stones' previous catalogue, the exception being a cover of Willie Dixon's "Little Baby". The Score is an American alternative rock duo formed in New York City in 2011, now based in Los Angeles. The group consists of Eddie Anthony Ramirez (lead vocals, guitar) and Edan Chai Dover (backing vocals, keys, producer). Chris Coombs and Logan Baldwin are touring members for the band. They were signed to Republic Records in 2015 after their song "Oh My Love" was featured in an advertising campaign for Asda supermarkets. History 2011–2013: Early Years Eddie Anthony and Edan Chai Dover formed the group in 2011 and made collaborative demos on SoundCloud.
