Gordon Campbell (Canadian Politician)
Gordon Muir Campbell, (born January 12, 1948) is a retired Canadian diplomat and politician who was the 35th mayor of Vancouver from 1986 to 1993 and the 34th premier of British Columbia from 2001 to 2011. He was the leader of the British Columbia Liberal Party from 1993 to 2011. From 2011 to 2016, he served as Canadian High Commissioner to the United Kingdom and Canada's representative to the Ismaili Imamat from 2014 to 2016. Dan McLeod
Dan McLeod (born 1943) is one of the founders and the former owner, publisher, and editor of the influential weekly newspaper, the ''Georgia Straight'' in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Dan was born and raised in Vancouver. He graduated from Kitsilano High School and went on to study mathematics and meteorology at the University of British Columbia, where Dan earned an Honours B.Sc degree in mathematics. Robert Frederick Zenon Geldof (; born 5 October 1951) is an Irish singer-songwriter, and political activist. Thomas J. Campbell, (October 5, 1927 – January 27, 2012) was a Canadian politician, who served as the 31st mayor of Vancouver, British Columbia from 1967 through 1972. Campbell was born in Vancouver, where he became a lawyer. In 1962, he joined Vancouver City Council as an alderman, representing the Non-Partisan Association (NPA), a conservative civic party.
