George Roop
George H. Roop (born November 10, 1981) is a retired mixed martial artist. He was a cast member of Spike TV's '' The Ultimate Fighter: Team Nogueira vs. Team Mir'', winning his preliminary and first round fights. He fought as a bantamweight in the UFC and most recently fought under the Road FC banner. He holds notable victories over former WEC Bantamweight champion Brian Bowles and UFC featherweight contender Chan Sung Jung. ''Roop — Mard Ka Naya Swaroop'' (''Roop — New Form of Man'') is an Indian television show that aired on Colors TV. It premiered on 28 May 2018 and ended on 17 May 2019. The Roop
The Roop (stylised as THE ROOP) are a Lithuanian pop rock band from Vilnius. Formed in 2014, the group consists of lead vocalist Vaidotas Valiukevičius, percussionist Robertas Baranauskas and guitarist Mantas Banišauskas. The group has released three albums—''To Whom It May Concern'' in 2015, ''Ghosts'' in 2017 and ''Concrete Flower'' in 2022 –as well as the extended play ''Yes, I Do'' in 2018. They were due to represent Lithuania in the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 with their song " On Fire" before the contest was cancelled. Robert Michael Roop (born July 22, 1942) is an American retired amateur wrestler and professional wrestler whose career spanned high school, college, the United States Army, amateur and professional wrestling. He was an American heavyweight Greco-Roman wrestler at the 1968 Summer Olympics. Amateur wrestling career Robert Roop began wrestling in the eighth grade in East Lansing, Michigan. Roop Mallik is an Indian biophysicist who works on nanoscale molecular motor proteins that transport material such as viruses, mitochondria, endosomes etc. inside living cells. Roop Singh Bais (8 September 1908 – 16 December 1977) was an Indian hockey player. He was part of the Indian field hockey team, which won gold medals for India at the 1932 and 1936 Olympic Games. He was the younger brother of Dhyan Chand. Roop's Mill is a historic grist mill complex located near Westminster, Carroll County, Maryland.
