Restricted Free Agent
A restricted free agent (RFA) is a type of free agent in the National Football League (NFL), National Hockey League (NHL), or National Basketball Association (NBA). Such players have special restrictions on the terms under which they can retain or change employment status with their athletic club teams. NFL In the National Football League, a restricted free agent is one with three or fewer accrued seasons (six or more regular season games with a team) of service, who has received a "qualifying" offer (a salary level predetermined by the NFL Collective Bargaining Agreement between the league and its players, known as a "tender") from his current club. He can negotiate with any club through a certain date. If the restricted free agent accepts an offer sheet from a new club, his old club has "right of first refusal," a five-day period in which it may match the offer and retain him, or choose not to match the offer, in which case it may receive one or more draft picks for the upco ...

In professional sports, a free agent is a player who is eligible to sign with other clubs or franchises; i.e., not under contract to any specific team. The term is also used in reference to a player who is under contract at present but who is allowed to solicit offers from other teams. Reginald Arness "Reggie" Wells (born November 3, 1980) is a former American football guard. He was drafted by the Arizona Cardinals in the sixth round of the 2003 NFL Draft. He played college football at Clarion. Wells has also played for the Philadelphia Eagles, Carolina Panthers, Buffalo Bills, and San Diego Chargers. Early years Wells attended South Park High School in South Park, Pennsylvania, where he lettered in basketball and football. In football, as a senior, he was an All-League defensive end and helped lead his team to the League title. The Asociación de Clubes Españoles de Baloncesto (Spanish Basketball Clubs Association), more commonly known as the Asociación de Clubs de Baloncesto (ACB), is a national sports association responsible for administering the main professional basketball league in Spain - the Liga Endesa. The organisation was founded in 1982. Competition The 18 member clubs of the ACB are grouped into the Liga Endesa. In any given season a club plays each of the others in the same division twice, once at their home stadium and once at that of their opponents. Right of first refusal (ROFR or RFR) is a contractual right that gives its holder the option to enter a business transaction with the owner of something, according to specified terms, before the owner is entitled to enter into that transaction with a third party. A first refusal right must have at least three parties: the owner, the third party or buyer, and the option holder. The Liga ACB, known as Liga Endesa for sponsorship reasons, is the top professional basketball division of the Spanish basketball league system. Wesley Carter Welker (born May 1, 1981) is an American football coach and former wide receiver who is the wide receivers coach for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League (NFL). He previously served as an assistant coach for the San Francisco 49ers and the Houston Texans.
