Supernova Remnant
A supernova remnant (SNR) is the structure resulting from the explosion of a star in a supernova. The supernova remnant is bounded by an expanding shock wave, and consists of ejected material expanding from the explosion, and the interstellar material it sweeps up and shocks along the way. There are two common routes to a supernova: either a massive star may run out of fuel, ceasing to generate fusion energy in its core, and collapsing inward under the force of its own gravity to form a neutron star or a black hole; or a white dwarf star may accrete material from a companion star until it reaches a critical mass and undergoes a thermonuclear explosion. In either case, the resulting supernova explosion expels much or all of the stellar material with velocities as much as 10% the speed of light (or approximately 30,000 km/s). Nova Remnant
A nova remnant is made up of the material either left behind by a sudden explosive fusion eruption by classical novae, or from multiple ejections by recurrent novae. Over their short lifetimes, nova shells show expansion velocities of around 1000 km/s, whose faint nebulosities are usually illuminated by their progenitor stars via light echos as observed with the spherical shell of Nova Persei 1901 or the energies remaining in the expanding bubbles like T Pyxidis. Form Most novae require a close binary system, with a white dwarf and a main sequence, sub-giant, or red giant star, or the merging of two red dwarfs, so probably all nova remnants must be associated with binaries. This theoretically means these nebula shapes might be affected by their central progenitor stars and the amount of matter ejected by novae. Roam is a Canadian electronic musician, record producer and songwriter based out of Toronto. Roam gained notoriety in late 2017 for his production style which often blends UK garage, future garage and 2-step garage influences with modern Toronto hip hop sounds and production techniques. A tropical cyclone is a rapidly rotating storm system characterized by a low-pressure center, a closed low-level atmospheric circulation, strong winds, and a spiral arrangement of thunderstorms that produce heavy rain and squalls. James Farquharson Remnant, 1st Baron Remnant, (13 February 1862 – 30 January 1933), known as Sir James Remnant, 1st Baronet, from 1917 to 1928, was a British Conservative politician. Biography Remnant was the son of Frederick William Remnant of Southwold, Suffolk. He was educated at Harrow School and at Magdalen College, Oxford (1880–83), and was called to the Bar at Lincoln's Inn in 1886. From 1892 to 1901 he represented Holborn in the London County Council as a Moderate, and was chairman of the Theatres Committee of the council. He was elected unopposed to the House of Commons at a by-election in March 1900 as the member of parliament (MP) for Holborn, a seat he held until 1928. Peter Remnant
Peter Farquharson Remnant (21 September 1897 – 31 January 1968) was a British politician. He was the Conservative Member of Parliament (MP) for Wokingham from 1950 to 1959. The son of James Remnant, 1st Baron Remnant, who was an MP from 1900 to 1928, Peter Remnant was educated at Ludgrove School, Eton College and Magdalen College, Oxford. He was first elected to Parliament in the 1950 general election for the newly recreated seat of Wokingham. He retired at the 1959 general election. Robert John Farquharson Remnant, 2nd Baron Remnant MBE (29 March 1895 – 4 June 1967) was an English cricketer, active from 1920 to 1936. A right-handed batsman and right-arm medium-fast bowler, he made three appearances in first-class cricket but was mostly associated with minor counties cricket.
