''Portfolio Magazine'', also known as ''Portfolio, The Magazine of the Fine Arts'', was published bimonthly from 1979 to 1983 by Portfolio Associates of New York City. The editor and publisher was Edwin S. Grosvenor, who went on to edit ''American Heritage'' magazine. Other staff editors included Alexandra Anderson, Manuela Hoelterhoff, Denise Martin, Isolde McNichol, and Carter Wiseman. The first issue was published in April, 1979, with articles by Hilton Kramer, Charles Moffett, and Colin Eisler. Background and production Having enjoyed a successful modelling career in Paris and New York in the early 1970s, Jones released a series of singles throughout 1975–1976. ''The Portfolio'' was a British monthly art magazine published in London from 1870 to 1893. It was founded by Philip Gilbert Hamerton and promoted contemporary printmaking, especially etching, and was important in the British Etching Revival. Early contributors included Joseph Beavington Atkinson (1822–1886), Francis Turner Palgrave (1824–1897) and Sidney Colvin (1845–1927). Portfolio (Yolandita Monge Album)
''Portfolio'' is the seventeenth (17th) studio album by Puerto Rican singer Yolandita Monge. It was released in 1990 and it was the final studio album under her CBS Records contract. This release includes the hits "Cantaré", "Sin Amor", and the club hit "Fuiste Un Sueño". Seven out of ten tracks in this album were composed by Venezuelan singer/songwriter Ricardo Montaner. The breathtaking album's cover picture was taken by late photographer and stylist Raúl Torres and is a black and white picture, hand painted. The song "Fuiste Un Sueño" was remixed by DJs Pablo Flores and Javier Garza and also became a massive club hit in Puerto Rico and USA. The singer filmed a music video for that song (directed by her brother in law Eric Mamery) and it won many awards for its technical and artistic values.
