Orth is an unincorporated community in Nore Township, Itasca County, Minnesota, United States, located in the northwestern corner of the county. Godlove Stein Orth (April 22, 1817 – December 16, 1882) was a United States representative from Indiana and an acting Lieutenant Governor of Indiana. Biography Of German ancestry, he was born near Lebanon, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, on April 22, 1817. He attended Pennsylvania College at Gettysburg for about one year and then studied law with the office of James Cooper. He entered the bar in 1839. His political career started with public speeches in 1840 supporting William Henry Harrison for president. He started as a Whig but as that party collapsed, he looked elsewhere. Johannes Orth
Johannes Orth (14 January 1847 – 13 January 1923 in Berlin) was a German pathologist born in Wallmerod. He studied medicine at the universities of Heidelberg, Würzburg and Bonn, receiving his habilitation in 1872 while an assistant to Eduard von Rindfleisch at Bonn. Afterwards, he served as an assistant under Rudolf Virchow (1821-1902) in Berlin. In 1878 he became a professor at the University of Göttingen, and in 1902, following the death of Virchow, he returned to Berlin as director of the clinic of pathology. Orth specialized in the pathological study of infectious diseases, particularly tuberculosis and endocarditis. In 1875, he documented an account involving an autopsy of a jaundiced infant with intense yellow staining of the basal ganglia, hippocampus, the third ventricle, as well as parts of the cerebellum. Archduke Johann Salvator of Austria (german: Johann Salvator, it, Giovanni Salvatore; 25 November 1852 – declared dead in absentia 2 February 1911) was a member of the Tuscan branch of the House of Habsburg-Lorraine. Holopaw is an American indie (music), indie band from Gainesville, Florida. The band was named after the town of Holopaw, Florida, Holopaw in Osceola County, Florida, although none of the members of the band have ever lived there. Heide Orth (''née'' Schildknecht; born 10 August 1942) is a former tennis player from Germany. Heide grew up in Essen in the industrial Ruhr valley and began playing tennis with her father at the age of 13. Her first major success was winning the West German Junior Championship in 1960. Heide later competed in the International Women's Circuit for many years and played for the Germany National Fed Cup team 15 times between 1964 and 1973. She won the singles title at the German national indoor championships in 1969, 1971, 1972 and 1973. Orth reached the quarterfinals in doubles at both Wimbledon and the French Open.
