Municipal city ( vi, Thành phố thuộc thành phố trực thuộc trung ương), commonly known as City within city, is a type of second tier subdivision of Vietnam along with urban district, district, town and provincial city have equal status. Municipal city is a satellite city of municipality in Vietnam. Referring to local organizing governance's law which was approved by the thirteenth National Assembly on June 19, 2015, the term "municipal city" was available from January 1, 2016. This entity was created to make new "Urban Governance" project (or ''Urban Administration'' model) in Ho Chi Minh City and other cities. Fact Ho Chi Minh City planned to merge 3 districts 2, 9, and Thủ Đức to create an innovation city or a city within city called '' Thủ Đức City'', which is expected to be Vietnam's Silicon Valley. The Voice of Vietnam or VOV (also Radio the Voice of Vietnam, Vietnamese: ''Đài Tiếng nói Việt Nam'') is the Vietnamese national radio broadcaster. Directly controlled by the government of Vietnam, it is tasked with propagating the policies of the Party and the laws of the state. __NOTOC__ Sơn Tây () is a district-level town ("thị xã") in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. It was the capital of Sơn Tây province before merging with Hà Đông province to form Hà Tây province in 1965. Sơn Tây lies 35 km west of the capital Hanoi. It had a city status in Hà Tây province. However, when Hà Tây was absorbed into Hanoi, Sơn Tây was demoted from a city to a town.
