Baganda
The Ganda people, or Baganda (endonym: ''Baganda''; singular ''Muganda''), are a Bantu ethnic group native to Buganda, a subnational kingdom within Uganda. Abdullah Mukwaya
Abdullah Muhammad Mukwaya is a Ugandan teacher and religious leader who is the current District Qadi of Mbarara District under the Ankole-Kigezi region. Career Qadi: 2019–present He was inaugurated into power on 24 April 2019 in the attendance of the President of Uganda, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni as chief guest of the ceremony and the Supreme Mufti of Uganda, Sheikh Shaban Mubajje. The president also laid a foundation stone for a multi-billion Supreme General Hospital, a new project in Mbarara Municipality that is being undertaken by Muslims in Mbarara district. The president also gifted the Mukwaya with a brand new car. The inauguration was led by Sheikh Ahmed Nyago, the chairman of the Uganda Muslim Supreme Council electoral commission. Janat Balunzi Mukwaya is a politician and former Major in the military of Uganda. Currently she is a Senior Presidential Advisor Before that, she previously served as the Minister for General Duties in the Office of the Prime Minister from 16 February 2009 until 27 May 2011. the Minister of Gender, Labour and Social Affairs from 6 June 2016 until December 2019. Usama () "Osam" Nyanzi Mukwaya (born 12 December 1989) is a Ugandan screenwriter, film director, producer, actor and former television host. His major films include ''Bala Bala Sese'', directed by Lukyamuzi Bashir with which Mukwaya is credited as the film's writer and producer. The film was nominated at the 12th Africa Movie Academy Awards for Best Film in an African Language. He launched his filmmaking career with the short film ''Hello'' that won overall best film in the 2010 MNFPAC Students Awards. His directorial debut is ''Love Faces'' which was released in January 2018. From 2018-2022, Usama served as chief content officer for Stream Afrique, a subscription-based streaming platform which offers online streaming of majorly African content.
