Brian Lanker
Brian Lanker (August 31, 1947 – March 13, 2011) was an American photographer. He won the 1973 Pulitzer Prize for Feature Photography for a black-and-white photo essay on childbirth for ''The Topeka Capital-Journal'', including the photograph "Moment of Life". Lanker died at his home in Eugene, Oregon on March 13, 2011, after a brief bout of pancreatic cancer. He was 63. His work appeared in ''Life'' and ''Sports Illustrated'', as well as book projects, including ''I Dream a World: Portraits of Black Women Who Changed America'', and ''Track Town, USA''. He was the graphics director for ''The Register-Guard'' newspaper in Eugene from 1974 to 1982. He received a Candace Award from the National Coalition of 100 Black Women in 1991. Dustin Lanker
Dustin Ross Lanker (born October 7, 1976) is an American keyboardist, known for his work as a member of the ska- swing band the Cherry Poppin' Daddies and the ska punk band the Mad Caddies, as well as the singer-songwriter for the rock trio The Visible Men. Career ; Cherry Poppin' Daddies A pianist since childhood, Lanker joined the Cherry Poppin' Daddies in early 1997 at age 20, first recording on the supplemental tracks for their compilation album '' Zoot Suit Riot'', including the eponymous single which would later serve as the band's commercial breakthrough. Lanker briefly left the Daddies at the height of their fame in October 1998, being replaced by Johnny Goetchius of The Mighty Mighty Bosstones before returning to the band in February 2000. Lanker officially left the band in early 2012, though was able to contribute a majority of the keyboard and piano tracks for the Daddies' 2013 studio album '' White Teeth, Black Thoughts'' before his departure. ; The Visible Men I ...

The Lanker See is a lake in the region of Holstein Switzerland in North Germany. It lies south of the town of Preetz in the district of Plön, and is crossed from south to north by the River Schwentine. The Lanker See has wealth of small bays. Almost the entire western area from the lakeshore to the tracks of the Preetz-Ascheberg railway line are a nature reserve. The Lanker See has a surface area of , is up to 21 metres deep and is about . It is divided into a large northern and a smaller southern part, that are joined by a passage a little more than 1 metre deep. Without the islands its shore length is 17 km.
