''iFanboy'' is a weekly audio podcast which focuses on comic books, comic book publishing, and comic book creators. It stars Josh Flanagan, Ron Richards, and Conor Kilpatrick. The first episode of the audio podcast was released on November 2, 2005, and the first episode of the video podcast on January 17, 2007. They were bought by the Boulder-based Graphic.ly in 2010 to add the ready-built community of iFanboy to their digital comics platform. In early 2013, iFanboy amicably split from Graphic.ly and once again became an independently run website by the iFanboys. Shortly thereafter, Ron Richards - a founder of the site and podcast - stepped down as one of the hosts of the show for a position at Image Comics. On September 1, 2013, Flanagan and Kilpatrick issued a joint statement announcing a scale back of day-to-day operations on the iFanboy website. Paul Dini
Paul McClaran Dini (; born August 7, 1957) is an American screenwriter and comic creator. He has been a producer and writer for several Warner Bros. Animation/DC Comics animated series, most notably '' Batman: The Animated Series'' (1992–1995), and the subsequent DC Animated Universe. Dini and Bruce Timm co-created the characters Harley Quinn and Terry McGinnis. Dini began writing for Warner Bros. Animation on ''Tiny Toon Adventures''. In addition to ''Batman: The Animated Series'', Dini was a writer for '' Superman: The Animated Series'' (1996–2000), writer and co-creator for ''The New Batman Adventures'' (1997–1999), and writer and developer for ''Batman Beyond'' (1999–2001). Jonathan Hickman (born September 3, 1972) is an American comic book writer and artist, best known for his creator-owned series '' The Nightly News'', '' The Manhattan Projects'' and ''East of West'', as well as his lengthy stints as a writer on Marvel's ''Fantastic Four'', '' The Avengers'' and '' The New Avengers''. Hickman's other notable work at Marvel includes the ''S.H.I.E.L.D.'' limited series, the creation of the ''Fantastic Four'' spin-off title '' FF'', as well as two crossover limited series, ''Infinity'' and ''Secret Wars'', both of which acted as centerpieces for the eponymous company-wide crossover storylines.
