Ethiopian Athletic Federation (EAF) is an IAAF recognized member officially representing Ethiopia as the national governing body for the sport of Athletics. History The history of the sport may be traced back to military and school organizations in 1897. The organization was formed on 4 June 1961. The ability of East African athletes was announced to the world in the 1960 Olympics as barefooted Abebe Bikila took the gold medal in the Marathon. ACE Open is a contemporary visual art organisation based in Adelaide, South Australia, established in 2017 after the Contemporary Art Centre of South Australia and the Australian Experimental Art Foundation (AEAF) were merged, creating a new organisation. Earagail Arts Festival
The Earagail Arts Festival () is an annual festival which takes place in County Donegal, Ireland, every June or July. The festival began in June 1988. The Festival includes parades, street performances and numerous plays, musical concerts and comedy acts in towns and villages across County Donegal. Letterkenny is at the centre of the festival with various venues such as An Grianán Theatre, Letterkenny Regional Cultural Centre and Donegal County Museum in the town hosting events. Many events take place in other towns and villages throughout Donegal, including Ballybofey, Gweedore, Inishowen, Falcarragh and Creeslough. It also runs events in tourist attractions around Donegal itself. East African Federation
The East African Federation ( sw, Shirikisho la Afrika Mashariki) is a proposed political union of the seven sovereign states of the East African Community in the African Great Lakes region Burundi, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania and Ugandaas a single federated sovereign state. The idea of this Federation has existed since the early 1960s, but has not yet come to fruition for a variety of reasons. In September 2018, a committee was formed to begin the process of drafting a regional constitution, and a draft constitution for the confederation was set to be written by the end of 2021 with its implementation by 2023; however, it is likely that this deadline will be missed. While the East African Federation has not yet been established, many steps have been taken to advance this eventual goal. East Asia Forum (EAF) is an English-language international policy forum directed by Peter Drysdale and based at the Australian National University's Crawford School of Public Policy. It was launched in 2006 by then Australian Treasurer Peter Costello. It is a platform for dialogue on Asian economic and public policy, publishing two articles a day online. The Egyptian Air Force (EAF) ( ar, القوات الجوية المصرية, El Qūwāt El Gawīyä El Maṣrīya), is the aviation branch of the Egyptian Armed Forces that is responsible for all airborne defence missions and operates all military aircraft, including those used in support of the Egyptian Army, Egyptian Navy and the Egyptian Air Defense Forces.
