cbj is a German publisher of children's literature based in Munich. It was founded in 1968 under the name "C. Bertelsmann Jugendbuchverlag" (C. Bertelsmann Youth book publishing) and is still an independent part of the Random House Publishing Group. cbj publishes works by German and international authors. The publisher was made known by the book series "The Famous Five" by Enid Blyton, among others. In 2008, a part of the program was redistributed in the newly founded cbt publishing. The Columbus Blue Jackets (often simply referred to as the Jackets) are a professional ice hockey team based in Columbus, Ohio. They compete in the National Hockey League (NHL) as a member of the Metropolitan Division in the Eastern Conference, and began play as an expansion team in 2000. The Blue Jackets struggled in their initial years, failing to win 30 games in a season until 2005–06. The team qualified for the Stanley Cup playoffs for the first time in 2009, but were swept by the Detroit Red Wings. Country Bear Jamboree
The Country Bear Jamboree is an attraction in the Magic Kingdom theme park at the Walt Disney World Resort and at Tokyo Disneyland in the Tokyo Disney Resort. The attraction also existed at Disneyland Park. All versions of the attraction are similar. The attraction is a stage show featuring audio-animatronic figures. Most of the characters are bears who perform country music. Characters rise up to the stage on platforms, descend from the ceiling, and appear from behind curtains. The audience includes audio-animatronic animal heads mounted on the walls who interact with characters on stage. Due to overwhelming popularity, The Country Bear Jamboree was given a "spin-off" show which appeared during the 1984 winter season at Walt Disney World and Disneyland. CBJ-FM is a French-language Canadian radio station located in Saguenay, Quebec. Owned and operated by the government-owned Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (French : Société Radio-Canada), it broadcasts on 93.7 MHz with an effective radiated power of 50,000 watts ( class B) using an omnidirectional antenna. The station has an ad-free news/talk format and is part of the Ici Radio-Canada Première network, which operates across Canada. The station originated in 1933 as CRCS, owned and operated by the CRBC and based in Chicoutimi (which became part of Saguenay in 2002). It became CBJ when the CRBC became the CBC. Cyclone Business Jet (CBJ) is an undergraduate student organization at Iowa State University, undertaking the task of designing and constructing a prototype 10-passenger commuter or business class jet airplane. It is composed mostly of Aerospace Engineer majors, however there are also Mechanical and Civil Engineers as well as Design majors. Emphasis is taken in designing for lower cost and greater fuel range. Teams are broken off into three sub-groups: the Aerodynamics Team, Performance Team, and Structures Team.
