Agility drills are used in the aim of improving sports agility, which is the ability to change direction and accelerate while in motion. Balance in biomechanics, is an ability to maintain the line of gravity (vertical line from centre of mass) of a body within the base of support with minimal postural sway. Physical strength is the measure of a human's exertion of force on physical objects. Increasing physical strength is the goal of strength training. Endurance
Endurance (also related to sufferance, resilience, constitution, fortitude, and hardiness) is the ability of an organism to exert itself and remain active for a long period of time, as well as its ability to resist, withstand, recover from and have immunity to trauma, wounds or fatigue.
