Corte, Haute-Corse
Corte (, ; ; ; co, link=no, Corti, ) is a communes of France, commune in the Haute-Corse departments of France, department, on the island of Corsica, France. It is the fourth-largest commune in Corsica after Ajaccio, Bastia, and Porto-Vecchio. Administration Corte is a Subprefectures in France, subprefecture of the Haute-Corse department. Antisanti
Antisanti (in Corsican ''Antisanti'', pronounced ̃ŋ.ti.ˈzɑ̃ːŋ.ti is a commune in the Haute-Corse (Upper Corsica) department of France on the island of Corsica. The inhabitants of the commune are known as ''Antisantais'' or ''Antisantaises''. Geography Antisanti is a landlocked commune on the eastern side of Corsica overlooking the eastern plain of the island some 80 km south of Bastia and 12 km west by north-west of Aléria. It belonged to the ancient Pieve of Rogna and is now part of the ''Rogna in La'' micro-region located on the right bank of the Tavignano extending from Vivario to the plain. Access to the commune is by the minor road D43 from Aléria in the east passing through the heart of the commune and the village before continuing west to join the D143 south-east of Santo-Pietro-di-Venaco. Canale-di-Verde (French form) or Canale di Verde (, ) is a commune in the French department of Haute-Corse, collectivity and island of Corsica. Administration Since 2015, Canale-di-Verde is part of the canton of Castagniccia, together with 36 other communes. Geography Canale di Verde is to the east of Moïta, but as the crow flies, on an escarpment hanging over the Plaine Orientale.
