''This Time It's Personal'' is the second studio album by American contemporary R&B group Somethin' for the People, released September 23, 1997 via Warner Bros. Records. Co-produced and primarily written by the group, it was their first album to chart on the Billboard 200, ''Billboard'' 200, peaking at number 154. The album also reached number 33 on ''Billboard (magazine), Billboard''s Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums, R&B chart. Three single (music), singles were released from the album: "My Love Is the Shhh!", "Think of You" and "All I Do". "My Love Is the Shhh!" was the group's list of 1990s one-hit wonders in the United States, only hit on the Billboard Hot 100, ''Billboard'' Hot 100, peaking at number four in 1997. '' This Time It's Personal'' is a covers album by the English performance poet John Cooper Clarke, and the former vocalist and guitarist of the Stranglers, Hugh Cornwell. It was released on 14 October 2016 by Sony. The album features songs that were important to Clarke and Cornwell in their youth, and includes tracks by artists and songwriters such as Ricky Nelson, Ritchie Valens, Conway Twitty, Lieber and Stoller and Jimmy Webb. Michael Ashley Ball (born 27 June 1962) is an English singer, presenter and actor.
