Fernando Casado Arambillet (A Coruña (Spain), 20 September 1917 – Madrid (Spain), 9 March 1994), best known as Fernando Rey, was a Spanish film, theatre, and television actor, who worked in both Europe and the United States. A suave, international actor best known for his roles in the films of surrealist director Luis Buñuel (''Viridiana'', 1961; ''Tristana (film), Tristana'', 1970; ''The Discreet Charm of the Bourgeoisie, Discreet Charm of the Bourgeoisie'', 1972; ''That Obscure Object of Desire'', 1977) and as the drug lord Alain Charnier in ''The French Connection (film), The French Connection'' (1971) and ''French Connection II'' (1975), he appeared in more than 150 films over half a century. The debonair Rey was described by ''French Connection'' producer Philip D'Antoni as "the last of the Continental guys". 260px, Palazzo d'Accursio. Palazzo d'Accursio (or Palazzo Comunale) is a palace once formulated to house major administrative offices of the city of Bologna, region of Emilia-Romagna, Italy. It is located on the Piazza Maggiore, and is the city's Town Hall. The palace is also home to the Civic Art Collection, with paintings from the Middle Ages to the 19th century; the Museo Morandi, with the works by Giorgio Morandi; and the Biblioteca Salaborsa, the town libraries. History The earliest structure of the Palazzo d'Accursio originally began as the residence of the jurist Accursius, but over time, it incorporated and expanded to include adjacent buildings to house civic offices. In 1336 it became the seat of the ''Anziani'' ("Elders"), the highest magistrates of the commune, and then seat of the government.
