Dominic Glynn
Dominic Francis Glynn (born 27 September 1960 in Cuckfield, Sussex) is an English electronic composer. Glynn is a prolific composer of music for television and film. His work includes the arrangement of the ''Doctor Who'' theme music which served as the series' theme for Season 23 of the programme. It was replaced by Keff McCulloch's arrangement the next season. He also wrote the incidental music for the ''Doctor Who'' stories ''The Mysterious Planet'', ''The Ultimate Foe'', '' Dragonfire'', ''The Happiness Patrol'' and ''Survival''. Big Finish Productions has used his arrangement of the theme on several audio plays featuring the Sixth Doctor, starting with ''Jubilee'' in 2003. All About Eve was an English rock band. The initial creative core consisted of Coventry-born Julianne Regan (vocals), Huddersfield-born Tim Bricheno (guitar) and Andy Cousin (bass guitar), with other members changing over the years. Their highest-charting UK single was "Martha's Harbour" (1988). The band was active from 1984 to 1993, then 1999 to 2004, achieving four UK Top-50 albums. The band had been recognised for their "unique, folk-rock-influenced take" on the gothic rock style, and Regan has been described as "certainly one of the more talented singers" of the scene in the late 1980s. The Swarm is a steel roller coaster located at Thorpe Park in the United Kingdom. The Swarm was the world's second Wing Coaster model designed by Switzerland, Swiss roller coaster manufacturer Bolliger & Mabillard and the only one located in the United Kingdom. Construction commenced in May 2011, and the coaster opened on 15 March 2012. From 2013 until 2015, the last two rows of each train faced backwards, while the first five rows faced forward. This was restored to the original for safety reasons in 2016, with all riders facing forward once again. The ride stands tall and features five inversions and a heavily-banked left turn.
