Zvonimir Serdarušić
Zvonimir Serdarušić (; born 2 September 1950) is a Croatian former professional handball coach and player who competed in the 1976 Summer Olympics for Yugoslavia. In May 1998, he also acquired German citizenship. Career Yugoslavia Serdarušić began his handball career in RK Velež from Mostar. After three seasons he moved to RK Bosna Sarajevo. In two seasons with Bosna Sarajevo he moved up from the third league to the first. In 1973 Serdarušić moved to Partizan Bjelovar. He stayed at the club for seven years winning the First League twice in 1977 and 1979, and the Cup once in 1977. Germany In 1981 he spent one season with THW Kiel before moving to Füchse Berlin Reinickendorf HBC, where he got to the semifinal of the IHF Cup in 1983, and the final of the DHB-Pokal in 1984 before retiring. THW Kiel
THW Kiel is a handball club from Kiel, Germany. Currently, they compete in the Handball-Bundesliga and are the record champion with 22 titles. 2007 and 2012 were the most successful years in the club's history, as THW completed the treble, winning the domestic league, the domestic cup, and the EHF Champions League. In 2012, the team won every league game, a first in any top flight German team sports. They ended the 2019–20 season as winners of the EHF Champions League and champions of the Handball-Bundesliga. IHF World Men's Handball Championship
The IHF Men's Handball World Championship has been organized indoor by the International Handball Federation since 1938. In the twenty-seven tournaments held, eleven nations have won the title. France men's national handball team, France is the most successful team with six titles, followed by Sweden men's national handball team, Sweden and Romania men's national handball team, Romania with four titles each. The current champion is Denmark men's national handball team, Denmark, which won its second title at the 2021 tournament in Egypt. The Handball-Bundesliga (HBL) is the top German professional handball league. From 2007 onwards, the league was sponsored by Toyota and has officially been called the ''Toyota Handball-Bundesliga''. This lasted until 2012 when the Deutsche Kreditbank AG (DKB) became the new sponsor. The official name has consequently been changed to ''LIQUY MOLY Handball-Bundesliga''.
