Zhu Shanlu
Zhu Shanlu (; born November 1953) is a Chinese politician who served as the Communist Party Secretary of Peking University from 2011 to 2016. He previously served as Party Secretary of the city of Nanjing. Zhu was born in Jin County, Liaoning province, near the modern city of Jinzhou. He graduated with a degree in philosophy from Peking University. He joined the Communist Party in 1978 and was involved with the Communist Youth League and Communist Party organization on the ''Beida'' campus. In April 1998 he was named party chief of Haidian District, where ''Beida'' is located; he served until May 2002, when he was made a member of the Party Standing Committee of Beijing, which made him an official of sub-provincial rank. In August 2008 he was transferred to Nanjing to become party chief; he served in the position until March 2011. Yang Weize
Yang Weize (; born October 1962) is a former Chinese politician. He was the Communist Party Secretary of Nanjing, capital of Jiangsu Province, from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, he served as the party secretary in the neighbouring city of Wuxi for seven years, and before that the Mayor of Suzhou. In 2015, Yang was put under investigation for corruption by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection. He was tried and convicted on corruption charges and sentenced to twelve years and six months in prison in December 2016. Career Yang was born in Nantong, Jiangsu province in August 1962. He traces his ancestry to the Changzhou area. His father was a hospital administrator in the city of Nantong. Yang went to college at the Nanjing Marine Engineering Institute (), where he studied marine and seaport engineering. Luo Zhijun (; born 28 November 1951) is a Chinese politician. He is serving as Chairperson of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee since March 2018. He was Vice-Chairperson of the National People's Congress Environment Protection and Resources Conservation Committee from July 2016 until March 2018. He is the former Communist Party Secretary of Jiangsu Province, and prior to that the provincial governor.
