Zhu Fuxi
Zhu Fuxi (; born July 2, 1955) is a general (''shang jiang'') of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA). He served as the inaugural Political Commissar of the Western Theater Command, and the last Commissar of the Chengdu Military Region. Biography Zhu was born in Linhai, Zhejiang province. In 2002 he was named head of the Political Department of the 12th Group Army. In 2003 he was named deputy secretary-general of the People's Liberation Army General Political Department (GPD). In December 2005, he was promoted to secretary-general. In February 2008, he was named head of the cadres department of the GPD. In December 2009, he became head of the Political Department of the People's Liberation Army Air Force. In July 2011, he was promoted to the rank of lieutenant general. In November 2012, he was promoted to Political Commissar of the Chengdu Military Region. Western Theater Command
The Western Theater Command ()is one of the five theater commands of the People's Liberation Army, founded on 1 February 2016. Its jurisdiction includes Sichuan, Tibet, Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Shaanxi, Yunnan, Chongqing. Guizhou is also sometimes listed as part of the command. Its current commander since August 2021 is General Wang Haijiang. Its current political commissar is General Li Fengbiao. In May 2016, the PRC raised the rank and status of its western Tibet Military Command to widen its scope for missions and combat preparedness, in a move analysts in Beijing said was aimed in part at fortifying the border with India. The Xinjiang Military Command may also be elevated in the future, the report said. Both commands are under the newly created Western Theater Command, the largest of five newly reorganised military regions of the PLA. The People's Liberation Army (PLA) is the principal military force of the People's Republic of China and the armed wing of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). The PLA consists of five service branches: the Ground Force, Navy, Air Force, Rocket Force, and Strategic Support Force. It is under the leadership of the Central Military Commission (CMC) with its chairman as commander-in-chief. 18th Central Committee Of The Communist Party Of China
The 18th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party was elected by the 18th National Congress on 15 November 2012, and sat in plenary sessions until the communing of the 19th National Congress in 2017. It was formally proceeded by the 17th Central Committee. The committee is composed of full members and alternate members. A member has voting rights, while an alternate does not. If a full member is removed from the CC the vacancy is then filled by an alternate member at the next committee plenum — the alternate member who received the most confirmation votes in favour is highest on the order of precedence. People's Liberation Army Air Force
The People's Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF; ), also known as the Chinese Air Force (中国空军) or the People's Air Force (人民空军), is an aerial service branch of the People's Liberation Army, the regular armed forces of the People's Republic of China. The PLAAF was officially established on 11 November 1949 and it is composed of 5 branches which are aviation, anti-aircraft artillery, surface-to-air missiles (SAM), radar, and Airborne Corps. The PLAAF first faced combat in the Korean War against the United States using primarily the Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-15 fighter aircraft, aircraft provided by the Soviet Union, which also assisted with the expansion of the Chinese aerospace industry. People's Liberation Army General Political Department
The People's Liberation Army General Political Department (GPD; ) was the former chief political organ under the Central Military Commission of Chinese Communist Party. It led all political activities in the People's Liberation Army. Its former director-generals include Liu Shaoqi, Luo Ronghuan, Tan Zheng, Xiao Hua, Li Desheng, Zhang Chunqiao, Wei Guoqing, Yu Qiuli, Yang Baibing, Yu Yongbo, Xu Caihou, and Li Jinai. Its last head was Zhang Yang, who committed suicide. Shang Jiang
(; ja, 将, Shō; ) is the rank held by general officers in some East Asian militaries. The ranks are used in both the People's Republic of China and the Republic of China on Taiwan. The People's Liberation Army and the People's Armed Police use three levels at present while the Republic of China Armed Forces use four. Wu Shezhou (; born 1958) is a general of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Ground Force. He has been Political Commissar of the Western Theater Command since January 2017. Biography Wu Shezhou was born in Hanchuan, Hubei Province in 1958, and served in the Guangzhou Military Region for most of his career. He served as Deputy Director of the Political Department of the Guangzhou MR until late 2012, when we was appointed Political Commissar of the Joint Logistics Department of the Guangzhou MR.
