Zero (Singaporean TV Series)
Zero (零楼) is a Singaporean drama which aired on SPH MediaWorks Channel U in November 2004. This series was one of the last broadcast by SPH MediaWorks before it amalgamated with MediaCorp. Synopsis Sam (Bryan Wong) is an ambitious man who stops at nothing to achieve his goals and takes things for granted. A schemer by nature, he has many enemies and was assaulted in a parking lot. He falls into a deep coma and goes to a place called "zero" (零楼) where he is met by "001" (Guo Liang). As Sam's bad deeds and good deeds all cancel out each other, the angels can't decide whether to send him to "basement 1" (hell) or "level 1" (heaven). Dramedy
Comedy drama, also known by the portmanteau ''dramedy'', is a genre of dramatic works that combines elements of comedy and drama. Michelle Chia
Michelle Chia (; born 19 September 1975) is a former Singaporean actress and television host. She was prominently a full-time Mediacorp artiste from 1980 to 2012 but continues to film on an ad-hoc basis. Career Acting career Chia started her career as a child actress with SBC. She later joined TCS (predecessor of MediaCorp) after finishing her school. In 2000 she switched to SPH MediaWorks but was transferred back to MediaCorp when it absorbed MediaWorks. Eelyn Kok Hui Wen () is a Singaporean actress. She was prominently a full-time MediaCorp artist from 2001 to 2013, but continues to film on an ad hoc basis. Darren Lim
Darren Lim (, born 30 September 1972) is a Singaporean actor and television host. He was prominently a full-time Mediacorp artiste from 1997 to 2016 but continues to film on an ad-hoc basis. Career Having left school at age 15, Lim began his career as a singer before joining the Television Corporation of Singapore, Mediacorp's predecessor, in the mid-1990s. Adam Chen (born 24 June 1976) is a Singaporean television and film actor. Early life Chen was educated at The Chinese High School and Hwa Chong Junior College. Li Wenhai (, born ) is a veteran Singaporean actor. He has acted in various Singaporean television dramas. Career In 1981, Li joined Singapore Broadcasting Corporation (SBC). In August 1991, after filming ''Jealousy Potion 100'', Li applied to have an early termination to his acting contract with SBC and to transfer to the voice dubbing department. After eight months, in April 1992, he resigned from SBC. After leaving SBC, Li opened a shop with friends selling Buddhist equipment at Balestier Shopping Center. Apple Hong (; born 31 October 1978) is a Malaysia-Born Singaporean actress and singer. She was a Mediacorp artiste from 1999 to 2011 but continues to film on TV and ad-hoc basis. Ix Shen
Ix Shen (, formerly ; born 11 March 1972), also known as Shen Qing, is a Singaporean former television actor, now working in film production. Career Shen began his acting career in TCS (now Mediacorp) in 1995 after emerging the male winner of ''Star Search'', a televised talent search competition.
