Zeke Dombrowski
Zeke Dombrowski (born July 27, 1986 in Hales Corners, Wisconsin) is an American former soccer player. he is employed by the City of West Allis, Wisconsin Fire Department as a Firefighter/Paramedic. Career College and Amateur Dombrowski played college soccer at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, playing in a total of 84 matches, ranking fifth overall in school history. He was named to the All-Horizon League First Team, was an ESPN The Magazine First Team All-District selection, a member of the Horizon Academic All-League Team and a First Team NCSAA All-North/Central Region Scholar as a senior. During his college years Dombrowski also played with Des Moines Menace in the USL Premier Development League. Professional Dombrowski's professional career began when he signed for the Wilmington Hammerheads in 2009. Hales Corners, Wisconsin
Hales Corners is a village in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 7,692 at the 2010 census. History The land in the area that would eventually encompass the Village was first claimed as French, then British, and eventually as the Northwest Territory of the United States in 1783. It was the land of the Potawatomi Indians until they were forced to move from their land in 1838. They were the dominant tribe in southeast Wisconsin with large villages. Like the Europeans that arrived later, they planted crops, but theirs were beans, squash, and corn. By engaging in the fur trade, the Potawatomi learned to speak French and English, and they eventually intermarried with the Europeans. Neil Dombrowski (born March 19, 1984 in West Allis, Wisconsin) is an American soccer player, who last played for the Portland Timbers of the USL First Division. Youth Dombrowski, one of four brothers who play professional soccer, grew up in Wisconsin, attending Nathan Hale High School. In high school, he was three time All Conference and led his team in scoring as a senior. He then attended the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, playing on the men’s soccer team from 2002 to 2005. He played a total of 83 games over his four-year career, leading the team in goals and points his senior season. The 2009 season is the 23rd season played by the United Soccer Leagues. Season titles will be contested by 20 professional men's clubs in the USL First Division and USL Second Division, as well as 37 professional and amateur women's clubs in the W-League and 68 professional and amateur men's teams in the USL Premier Development League. The First Division season kicked off on April 11 with the US Open Cup finalist Charleston Battery and host defending champions Vancouver Whitecaps FC playing to a scoreless tie, while the Carolina RailHawks defeated the visiting Minnesota Thunder 2–1.
