Hussein Ali Zein ( ar, حسين علي زين, ; born 27 January 1995) is a Lebanese footballer who plays as a right-back for club Ahed and the Lebanon national team. Kassem Mohammed El Zein ( ar, قاسم محمد الزين, ; born 2 December 1990) is a Lebanese footballer who plays as a defender for club Nejmeh and the Lebanon national team. El Zein began his senior career in 2011 at Nejmeh, playing over 100 league matches. In 2020 he was sent on a loan, to Iraqi club Al-Mina'a and Kuwaiti club Al-Nasr, respectively. Sheikh Ahmed Aref El-Zein (10 July 1884 – 13 October 1960) (Arabic: ) was a Shi'a intellectual from the Jabal Amil (جبل عامل) area of South Lebanon. He was a reformist scholar who engaged in the modernist intellectual debates that resonated across Arab and Muslim societies in the early 20th century. Saw Zein
Saw Zein ( my, စောဇိတ်, ; also known as Saw Zeik and Binnya Ran De; 1303–1330) was king of Martaban from 1323 to 1330. He inherited a newly independent kingdom from his elder brother Saw O but spent much of his reign putting down rebellions. Although he regained the Mon-speaking provinces of Lower Burma, he could not recover the Tenasserim coast from Martaban's former overlord Sukhothai. Zein was assassinated in 1330 in a coup organized by Zein Pun, one of his senior commanders. Zein Pun seized the throne only to be killed a week later.
