Zağnos SK
Zağnosspor ( tr, Zağnos Spor Kulübü) is a multi-sports club established in Trabzon, Turkey. The club is active in the branches football, men's and women's handball, volleyball, boxing and swimming. The club is named after Zağnos Pasha ( tr, Zağnos Paşa fl. 1446–1462 or 1469), who served as the sanjak-bey of the city following the conquest of Trabzon by the Ottoman Turks in 1461. Its colors are red, blue and white. Club president is Emre Aksoy. Multi-sports Club

Trabzon
Trabzon (; Ancient Greek: Tραπεζοῦς (''Trapezous''), Ophitic Pontic Greek: Τραπεζούντα (''Trapezounta''); Georgian: ტრაპიზონი (''Trapizoni'')), historically known as Trebizond in English, is a city on the Black Sea coast of northeastern Turkey and the capital of Trabzon Province. Trabzon, located on the historical Silk Road, became a melting pot of religions, languages and culture for centuries and a trade gateway to Persia in the southeast and the Caucasus to the northeast. The Venetian and Genoese merchants paid visits to Trabzon during the medieval period and sold silk, linen and woolen fabric.
