Zain Basketball Club formerly known as ''Fastlink Basketball Club'' was a Jordanian basketball club based in Amman, Jordan. They compete in the Jordanian Premier Basketball League and have won six consecutive Jordanian championships in the period 2003 to 2008-09 season. The team has been disbanded in 2010. Jordanian Premier Basketball League
The Jordanian Premier Basketball League is a professional basketball league in Jordan. It is the top league in the country with the second-tier league going by the name of ''First Division''. There are six teams competing in the 2022 league: Al Ahli, Al Riyadi , Orthodox Club, Kufryouba, Jubeha, and Al Ashrafyeh. FIBA Asia Champions Cup 2008
The FIBA Asia Champions Cup 2008 was the 19th staging of the FIBA Asia Champions Cup, the basketball club tournament of FIBA Asia. The tournament was held in Kuwait City, Kuwait between May 8, 2008 and May 19. The tournament was scheduled to end on May 16 but the schedule changed due to the death of the former Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Saad Al-Abdullah Al-Salim Al-Sabah. The committee decided to call off the play-off matches to decide the 5–10 positions. Maz Trakh
Mazen "Maz" Trakh (born July 3, 1962) is a Jordanian Americans, Jordanian-American professional basketball coach. He has coached in the National Basketball Association (NBA), Continental Basketball Association (CBA), American Basketball Association (2000–present), American Basketball Association (ABA) and overseas. Playing career Trakh attended La Quinta High School (Westminster, California), La Quinta High School in Westminster, California, where he was a teammate on the basketball team with Johnny Rogers. He played college basketball for the Southern Utah Thunderbirds men's basketball, Southern Utah Thunderbirds from 1983 to 1986. Ahmet Düverioğlu (born 4 March 1993), known as Ahmad Hekmat Al-Dwairi in Jordan, is a Turkish-Jordanian international professional basketball player who last played for Frutti Extra Bursaspor of the Turkish Basketbol Süper Ligi (BSL). He uses his Turkish passport in the EuroLeague competition. Standing at a height of 2.13 m (7 ft 0 in), he plays at the center position. Zaid Alkhas (born March 7, 1976 in Jordan) is a retired Jordanian Circassian professional basketball player. He started his career with Al Ahli club of Jordan. He played professionally in Lebanon 2001/2002 season with (Tadamon Club). 2002/2003 in Egypt (Gazira). He played for Aramex Jordan (2003-2006). Sam Daghlas
Osama Mohd Fathi Daghles, commonly known by the nickname Sam Daghles (born September 18, 1979), is a Jordanian professional basketball player of Palestinian origin. He currently works as an assistant coach for the Rio Grande Valley Vipers of the NBA G League. Born in Taiyuan, Shanxi, he lived in San Diego, California, where he played for James Madison High School. In 2006, he was selected 4th in the 8th round by the Idaho Stampede of the NBA D-League. Early career Daghles started playing basketball at age 14 during visits to local playgrounds. He made the James Madison High School varsity in his first year. The 2005 FIBA Asia Champions Cup was the 16th staging of the FIBA Asia Champions Cup, the basketball club tournament of FIBA Asia.
