Md. Zahid Ahsan Russel (born 1 January 1978) is a Bangladesh Awami League politician and the incumbent Jatiya Sangsad member representing the Gazipur-2 constituency. He is also the incumbent State Minister for Youth and Sports. His father, Ahsanullah Master, was a former representative of the same constituency. The Jatiya Sangsad ( bn, জাতীয় সংসদ, lit=National Parliament, translit=Jatiyô Sôngsôd), often referred to simply as the ''Sangsad'' or JS and also known as the House of the Nation, is the supreme legislative body of Bangladesh.
