Syed Zaheer Rizvi (born 2 April 1973) is a Pakistani music director and teacher. To his credit are not only numerous Pakistani TV drama scores, but he also has the distinct honor of being the only musician in the world to teach music through weekly published newspaper articles during the 1994–1998 era. These articles were published under the title Uncle Mosiqaar in Daily Pakistan. Rizvi has numerous awards in appreciation of his work, some of which include the Asian Academy Award, Multi Media Award, PTV Awards, UNICEF Award and National Award 2012 (given to him by the then prime minister of Pakistan Mr.Raja Parvez Ashraf). Syed Ali Zaheer (1896-1983) سیّد علّی ظہیر was an Indian politician and law minister in the first cabinet formed by Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru. Syed Sajjad Zaheer ( ur, ) (5 November 1899 – 13 September 1973) was an Indian Urdu writer, Marxist ideologue and radical revolutionary who worked in both India and Pakistan. In the pre-independence era, he was a member of the Communist Party of India and the Progressive Writers' Movement. Upon independence and partition, he moved to the newly created Pakistan and became a founding member of the Communist Party of Pakistan. Ehsan Elahi Zaheer ( ur, احسان الہی ظہیر) (31 May 1945 – 30 March 1987) was a Pakistani Islamic scholar. He was the founder of Jamiat Ahle Hadith. He died from an assassin's bomb blast in 1987. Syed Zaheer Abbas Kirmani PP, (in Punjabi and Urdu: سید ظہیر عباس کرمانی; born 24 July 1947), popularly known as Zaheer Abbas, is a former Pakistani cricketer.
