Zachary Donohue
Zachary Tyler "Zach" Donohue (born January 8, 1991) is an American former ice dancer. With Madison Hubbell, he is a two-time 2022 Winter Olympics medalist, a four-time World Figure Skating Championships, World medalist, the 2018 Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final, Grand Prix Final champion, the 2014 Four Continents Figure Skating Championships, Four Continents champion, and a three-time United States Figure Skating Championships, U.S. national champion (2018–2019, 2021). With Piper Gilles, Donohue won three medals on the ISU Junior Grand Prix series from 2008 to 2009. Personal life Donohue was born on January 8, 1991, in Hartford, Connecticut, and was raised in Madison, Connecticut. He was home-schooled through high school. Donohue and Hubbell were romantically involved in the early years of their partnership, but ultimately they opted to focus on their competitive career. 2016 Trophée De France
The 2016 Trophée de France was the fourth event of six in the 2016–17 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating, a senior-level international invitational competition series. It was held at the AccorHotels Arena in Paris on November 11–13. Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing. Skaters earned points toward qualifying for the 2016–17 Grand Prix Final. The competition, known as the Trophée Éric Bompard since 2004, lost its title sponsor in the summer of 2016 due to a lack of communication from the French Federation of Ice Sports. Entries The ISU published the preliminary assignments on June 30, 2016. Changes to initial assignments The French organisers decided not to replace Mendoza/Kovalev despite the ISU's rules stating that it is "mandatory" to invite another pair if one withdraws more than 14 days before the event. Bloomfield Hills, Michigan
Bloomfield Hills is a small city (5.04 sq. miles) in Oakland County in the U.S. state of Michigan. It is a northern suburb of Metro Detroit and is approximately northwest of Downtown Detroit. Except a small southern border with the city of Birmingham, the city is almost completely surrounded by Bloomfield Township, but the city and township are administered separately. As of the 2020 census, the city's population was 4,460. History On June 28, 1820, Oakland County was divided into two townships: Pontiac Township and Bloomfield Township, the latter covering the southern part of the county that would include West Bloomfield Township, Royal Oak and Southfield.
