Zac Lomax (born 24 September 1999) is an Australian professional rugby league footballer who plays as a for the St George Illawarra Dragons in the National Rugby League (NRL). Early life Lomax was born in Temora, New South Wales, Australia. He played his junior rugby league for the Temora Dragons, where he once scored 40 points in a game that ended 100–0. Career Early career Lomax is a graduate of the Illawarra Steelers' SG Ball team and was named in both the Australian Schoolboys and NSW Under-18s teams in 2016 and 2017. The Sydney Roosters are an Australian professional Rugby league, Rugby League Football Club based in the Eastern Suburbs (Sydney) and parts of inner Sydney. Paul Vaughan (born 23 April 1991) is a professional rugby league footballer who plays as for the Warrington Wolves in the Betfred Super League. 2022 NRL Season
The 2022 NRL season is the 115th season of professional rugby league in Australia and the 25th season run by the National Rugby League. Teams The lineup of teams remained unchanged for the 16th consecutive year. This became the second longest stretch of time (after 1947-1966 - 20 seasons) of a continuous line-up of teams in competition history (overtaking 1967-1981 - 15 seasons). Pre-season Pre-season matches were played between 12 February and 28 February 2022, before a 10-day lead up until the beginning of the regular season. The Wests Tigers are an Australian professional Rugby league, rugby league football team, based in the Inner West and South West Sydney. A State of Origin competition is a type of sporting event between players representing their state or territory. State of Origin began in Australian rules football on 8 October 1977 between Western Australia (WA) and Victoria, at Subiaco Oval in Perth, the initial brainchild of Leon Larkin.
