Yussuf Abu-Warda
Yussuf Abu-Warda ( ar, يوسف أبو وردة, he, יוּסף אבו ורדה; born 19 August 1953 in Jish) is an Arab-Israeli Maronite actor. A leading actor from 1999 he was head of Al-Midan Theater in Haifa. In October 2018, he received a life achievement award from the Union of Israeli Performing Artists. Hiam Abbass ( ar, هيام عباس, he, היאם עבאס; born 30 November 1960), also Hiyam Abbas, is a Palestinian actress and film director. Personal life Hiam Abbass was born in Nazareth, Israel, to a Muslim Arab family. She was raised in the village of Deir Hanna. Since the late 1980s, she has lived in Paris and holds French citizenship. During the filming of the Steven Spielberg film ''Munich'' (2005), Abbass lived in a hotel with the Palestinian Arab and Israeli actors for three months. During that time, they had many discussions that "helped both sides grow closer."
