Yousef bin Ahmad Al-Othaimeen ( ar, يوسف بن أحمد العثيمين) is a Saudi Arabian politician who served as secretary-general of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) from November 2016, when Iyad bin Amin Madani stepped down for health reasons, to 29 November 2020. Iyad bin Amin Madani (born 26 April 1946) is a Saudi politician who served in different cabinet posts. He was the secretary general of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation from 2014 to November 2016. He was the first Saudi official to hold that position.
