"You In Me" is a song recorded by South Korean co-ed group KARD for their second extended play, ''You & Me'' (2017). The song was released as the EP title track by DSP Media and distributed by LOEN Entertainment, on November 21, 2017. Composition The song was written by members BM and J.seph, alongside longtime collaborator Nassun, who also produced the song with DALGUI. The song was described by ''Billboard'''s Tamar Herman, as a smooth EDM track containing elements of trop and dancehall, adding that the lyrics were about the desperation of love. Chart performance The song failed to enter the Gaon Digital Chart, but entered the componing Download Chart at number 98 with 12,962 downloads sold in its first five days. Kard (band)
Kard (, stylized K.A.R.D or KARD) is a South Korean co-ed group formed by DSP Media. They are composed of members J.Seph, BM, Somin, and Jiwoo. They officially debuted on July 19, 2017, with their extended play '' Hola Hola''. History Pre-debut Somin was previously a member of DSP Media's Japan-based girl group Puretty, which disbanded two years after its debut in 2012. She later joined ''Kara Project'', where she competed to become a new member of KARA and finished in second place. On August 24, 2015, she debuted as leader of DSP Media's girl group April, but she decided to depart from the group on November 9. Male members J.Seph trained for five years, while BM trained for four and a half years under DSP Media. The label originally planned to debut them in a hip-hop duo, but this was changed later on. ''You & Me'' is the second extended play by South Korean co-ed group KARD. It was released on November 21, 2017, by DSP Media and distributed by LOEN Entertainment. The EP consists of nine tracks, including the lead single "You in Me". The EP debuted at number 8 on the Gaon Album Chart, at number 4 on the US World Albums and at number 17 on the US Heatseekers Albums. It has sold over 11,500 physical copies as of November 2017. Background and release On November 6, 2017, the group released an image on their official Twitter account with the caption "2017.11.21 #COMINGUP". A day after, the same image was released, this time with the words "You & Me, You In Me" written on it. On November 8, the full track list was revealed. The EP consists of a total of nine tracks, of which only six are available in its digital edition and nine in its physical edition.
