Yoshinori Fujimoto
Yoshinori Fujimoto (born 25 October 1989) is a Japanese professional golfer. As an amateur, Fujimoto won the individual silver medal at the 2011 Summer Universiade and led the Japan team to the gold medal. Fujimoto turned professional in 2012 and joined the Japan Golf Tour. He won his first title in June 2012 at the Japan Golf Tour Championship Citibank Cup Shishido Hills, which qualified him for the 2012 Open Championship. Yoshinori was also named the 2012 Rookie of the Year. He won again the next season at the 2013 Toshin Golf Tournament. Fujimoto was sponsored by ISPS for several years, but is now sponsored by Honma Golf. In January 2019, Fujimoto qualified for the 2019 Open Championship with a runner-up finish at the SMBC Singapore Open. It was his second career appearance at the Open. Toshin Golf Tournament In Central
The Toshin Golf Tournament was a professional golf tournament on the Japan Golf Tour from 2010 to 2014. It was played at the Toshin Lake Wood Golf Club in Tsu, Mie in 2010 and 2011. 2012 Royal Trophy
The 2012 Royal Trophy was the sixth edition of the Royal Trophy, a team golf event contested between teams representing Asia and Europe. It was held from 14–16 December at the Empire Hotel and Country Club in Jerudong, Brunei. After the two teams tied 8–8, Asia won a sudden-death playoff. The Royal Trophy was a men's professional team golf tournament which was played between 2006 and 2013. The competing teams represented Europe and Asia. Eight man teams played a series of 16 matches involving foursomes, four-ball and singles for the right to hold a trophy donated by the King of Thailand. The first four contests, from 2006 to 2010, were played at the Amata Spring Country Club in Chonburi, Thailand. In 2011 the event moved to a different venue in Thailand and then moved to Brunei and China. The Royal Trophy was one of several team golf tournaments between teams from different regions of the world started since the 1990s, inspired by the popularity of the Ryder Cup. WGC-HSBC Champions
The WGC-HSBC Champions was a professional golf tournament, held annually in China. Inaugurated in 2005, the first seven editions were played at the Sheshan Golf Club in Shanghai, then moved to the Mission Hills Golf Club in Shenzhen for a single year in 2012. It returned to Sheshan Golf Club in 2013. Since 2009, it was a World Golf Championship event. The WGC Invitational was a professional golf tournament that was held in the United States. Established in 1999 as a successor to the World Series of Golf, it was one of three or four annual World Golf Championships (WGC) until 2021, when the number of WGC events was reduced to two. Under sponsorship agreements, the WGC Invitational was titled as the WGC-NEC Invitational (1999–2005) and the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational (2006–2018). During this time, it was hosted at Firestone Country Club in Ohio, except for 2002 when it was hosted at Sahalee Country Club in Washington. The WGC Match Play, currently titled as the WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play for sponsorship reasons, is a professional men's golf tournament that has been held since 1999. It is the only one of the World Golf Championships to have been contested using the match play format. Since 2016, it has been held at the Austin Country Club in Austin, Texas, United States.
