Fumi Yoshinaga
is a Japanese manga artist known for her shōjo and boys' love works. Life Fumi Yoshinaga was born in Tokyo, Japan in 1971. She discovered amateur manga, doujinshi, in junior high school, when a friend showed her a doujinshi depicting a romantic relationship between two male characters of ''Captain Tsubasa''. While still in school, she hid from others that she was an otaku in order to avoid bullying. She attended the prestigious Keio University in Tokyo. While at university, she joined a manga club in order to be able to talk to others about manga. When she read the popular manga series ''Slam Dunk'', she was inspired to create a gay love story based on the characters of Kogure and Mitsui. Yoshinaga-san Chi No Gargoyle
is a Japanese light novel series written by Sennendou Taguchi, following Kazumi Yoshinaga and his normal junior high school life with younger sister Futaba Yoshinaga who won a prize from a lottery of a wolf-like gargoyle nicknamed "Gar-kun". The series was first published in 2004 by Famitsu Bunko ( Enterbrain) in Japan. Later, the series was adapted into an anime, which was broadcast on Chiba TV from April 4, 2006. It contained 13 episodes, with the last airing on June 27, 2006. is a Japanese actress and activist. She has won four Japan Academy Best Actress awards, more than any other actress, and has been called "one of the foremost stars in the postwar world of film." Nadao "Najo" Yoshinaga (August 8, 1919 – December 29, 2009) was a senator from Hawaii and a member of the 442nd Regimental Combat Team. Early life Yoshinaga was born in Wailuku, Maui on August 8, 1919. He graduated from Maui High School. He studied at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, then joined the 442nd on February 23, 1942. After serving in the military, he studied law at DePaul University and became an attorney. Career Yoshinaga was elected to the Territorial House of Representatives during Hawaii's Democratic revolution. He then served as a senator from 1955 to 1974. During his tenure, he was especially interested in passing legislation related to labor and healthcare, such as the 1974 Prepaid Health Care Act. Aiko Herzig-Yoshinaga (August 5, 1925 – July 18, 2018) was a Japanese American political activist who played a major role in the Japanese American redress movement.
