Yorgancıoğlu Cabinet
Yorgancıoğlu cabinet was the government of Northern Cyprus between 2 September 2013 and 16 July 2015. It was formed after the 2013 parliamentary election, with the Republican Turkish Party (CTP) as the senior partner and the Democratic Party (DP) as the junior partner. Composition The initial composition of the cabinet was as seen below: Arabacıoğlu, the Minister of National Education, resigned on 23 September 2014, citing a lack of system, and according to ''Kıbrıs Postası'', problems with transferring teachers to schools and students to colleges. On 8 October 2014, the Central Administrative Board of the DP convened and decided to remove Kaşif and Bakırcı from their posts as well. Özkan Yorgancıoğlu
Özkan Yorgancıoğlu (born 1 August 1954) is a Turkish Cypriot politician who has been Prime Minister of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) between 2 September 2013 and 16 July 2015. He is also the leader of the Republican Turkish Party. Early life and education Yorgancıoğlu was born in 1954 in Lempa, Cyprus, Lempa, a village in Paphos District, Paphos, the westernmost district of Cyprus, which was, at the time, a British crown colony. He studied at Istanbul University's Department of Economics and Public Finance, receiving his degree in political science in 1980. Political career On 28 April 2005, Yorgancıoğlu was appointed Minister of Youth and Sports in the cabinet of TRNC Prime Minister (PM) Ferdi Sabit Soyer, who served from April 2005 to May 2009. Zeren Mungan
The Mongolian gazelle (''Procapra gutturosa''), or dzeren (russian: Дзерэн), is a medium-sized antelope native to the semiarid Central Asian steppes of Mongolia, as well as some parts of Siberia and China. The name ''dzeren'' is Russian misinterpretation of the Mongolian language name of ''zeer'' ( mn, Зээр) or Buryat zeeren ( Buryat: Зээрэн). Description In the summer, its coat is light brown with pinkish tones, becoming longer and paler during the winter. It also has a distinctive heart-shaped white patch on its rump area, divided by a median line of darker color. The male has lyre-shaped horns which curl backwards from the forehead. Ahmet Kaşif
Ahmet Kaşif (born 1950) is a Turkish Cypriot politician. He is a member of the Assembly of the Republic from Gazimağusa, and he is a member of the National Unity Party. He has been a member of the Assembly since 1990. He ran for the presidency of his party against İrsen Küçük in 2012. He served as the Minister of Health between 2009 and 2012, until when he was removed from his position by the prime minister Küçük.
