Yolande Duke
Yolande Trueman (also Duke) is a fictional character from the BBC soap opera '' EastEnders'', played by Angela Wynter from 16 September 2003 to 3 October 2008. The character made an unannounced guest appearance on 20 March 2017 and again on 26 June 2017. Angela Wynter
Angela Wynter is a Jamaican-British actress. She is known for her role as Yolande Trueman in the BBC soap opera ''EastEnders'', appearing from 2003 to 2008, with a guest appearance in 2017. In 2021, she joined the cast of the BBC soap opera ''Doctors'' as Makeda Sylvester. Life and career Wynter was born in Kingston, Jamaica. After emigrating to the United Kingdom, she moved to Hinckley, Leicestershire. The Queen Victoria (more often referred to as The Queen Vic or The Vic) is the Victorian public house in the BBC soap opera, ''EastEnders''. It has the fictional address of 46 Albert Square, Walford, London E20. Appearance and development In the series' backstory, Albert Square was built around 1860 during the reign of Queen Victoria. In February 2020 Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) revealed that the original landlords of The Queen Victoria were Mr and Mrs Bagstock, and that he’d drowned his wife in the bath. Arthur Ian Lavender (born 16 February 1946) is an English stage, film and television actor. He is best known for his role as Private Pike in the BBC sitcom ''Dad's Army'', and is the last surviving major cast member of the series following the death of Frank Williams in 2022.
