Yoan Capote is a Cuban sculptor who was born in 1977 in Pinar del Río. He received the UNESCO prize during the 7th Havana Biennial with the artists' collective DUPP (Desde Una Pragmática Pedagógica). Biography Yoan Capote lives and works in Havana where he studied arts at the Superior Institute of Art from 1991 to 1995. Even if he first specialized in painting, he finally decided to improve his sculpture skills, considering the latter as a way of developing three-dimensional and multi-sensory possibilities. Yoan Patrick Gouffran (born 25 May 1986) is a former French professional footballer, who played as a striker or a winger and was renowned for his pace and ability to finish with either foot. Club career Gouffran was born in Villeneuve-Saint-Georges, Val-de-Marne, to a Guadeloupean father, and French Guianan mother. Yoan Pablo Hernández Suárez (born October 28, 1984) is a Cuban-German professional boxer. He is a former unified cruiserweight world champion, having held the IBF and ''Ring'' magazine titles between 2011 and 2015, as well as the WBA interim cruiserweight title in 2011. He is the half-brother of Yoel Romero, a freestyle wrestler and mixed martial artist. Amateur career Yoan Pablo Hernández started boxing with the Cuban national team at a very young age. He got silver at the Cadet World Championships (under 17) 2001 at 201 lbs/91 kg.
