Yin Liping () (July 1908 – September 8, 1984) was a People's Republic of China politician. He was born in Xingguo County, Jiangxi Province. He joined the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army in 1930 and the Chinese Communist Party in 1931. Jiangxi (; ; formerly romanized as Kiangsi or Chianghsi) is a landlocked province in the east of the People's Republic of China. Its major cities include Nanchang and Jiujiang. The Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army or Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Revolutionary Army, commonly known as the Chinese Red Army or simply the Red Army, are the armed forces of the Chinese Communist Party.
