Yeum Hye-seon (; born ) is a South Korean volleyball player. She was part of the South Korea women's national volleyball team The South Korea women's national volleyball team (Korean : 대한민국 여자 배구 국가대표팀) represents South Korea in international volleyball competitions and friendly matches. It was one of the leading squads in the world in the 1970s ... at the 2016 Summer Olympics and 2020 Summer Olympics. She was selected as the "Best Setter" in the 2020 Olympics. Her team finished in fifth place in the 2016 Olympics and fourth in the 2020 Olympics. She participated in the 2014 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix. On club level she has played for Daejeon KGC since 2019. Mokpo
Mokpo (; ''Mokpo-si'') is a city in South Jeolla Province, South Korea, located at the southwestern tip of the Korean Peninsula, close to Yudal mountain. Mokpo has frequent high-speed train services to Seoul, and is the terminus for a number of ferry routes serving islands in the adjacent Yellow Sea and Dadohae National Maritime Park. 2014 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix
The 2014 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix was the 22nd edition of the annual women's international volleyball tournament played by 28 countries from 25 July to 24 August 2014. The Group 1 final round was held in Tokyo, Japan. The Brazilian star team won the tournament for the tenth time, the second consecutive victory. Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules. It has been a part of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since Tokyo 1964. Beach volleyball was introduced to the programme at the Atlanta 1996.
