Yeni Kafkasya
''Yeni Kafkasya'' ( tr, New Caucasus) was a biweekly political and literary magazine which was published in Istanbul between 1923 and 1927. The magazine is known for its founder Mehmet Emin Resulzade, an Azerbaijani national who was in exile in the newly founded Republic of Turkey. History and profile ''Yeni Kafkasya'' was founded by Mahammad Emin Resulzade in Istanbul in 1923, and its first issue appeared on 26 September 1923. It came out biweekly. The magazine had an anti-communist political stance. Resulzade edited the magazine which received contributions from the exiled Azerbaijanis and also, from the leading nationalist figures, including Zeki Velidi Togan, Yusuf Akçura and Ahmed Cevad. Between 15 December 1925 and 6 February 1926 the magazine stopped publication. Mahammad Amin Akhund Haji Mulla Alekber oghlu Rasulzade ( az, Мәһәммәд Әмин Ахунд Һаҹы Молла Әләкбәр оғлу Рәсулзадә, italic=no, Məhəmməd Əmin Axund Hacı Molla Ələkbər oğlu Rəsulzadə, ; tr, Mehmed Emin Resulzade; 31 January 1884 – 6 March 1955) was an Azerbaijanis, Azerbaijani statesman, scholar, public figure and the head of the Azerbaijani National Council. ''Azeri Turk'' ( az, Azəri Türk) is a scientific, literary, social, economic, and political journal that was published by exiles who came to Istanbul after the Soviet takeover of the Azerbaijan Republic in the 1920s. The journal was first published on February 1, 1928, and was published every 15 days. The owner of the journal was Mammad Sadig Axundzade, the director and chief editor was Mahammad Amin Rasulzade. All issues of the journal had articles about the problems of Azerbaijan, as the country was going through a difficult period during the time the journal was published (1928–1931).
