Yehezkel Chazom
Yehezkel Chazom ( he, יחזקאל חזום, also spelled Yehezkel Hazum; 1947 – 21 March 2023) was an Israeli footballer who played as a forward for Hapoel Tel Aviv. He competed at the 1970 FIFA World Cup, having previously played for the Israel national team during the 1966 World Cup qualifying campaign. Hapoel ( he, הפועל, lit. ''the worker'') is an Israeli Jewish sports association established in 1926 by the Histadrut Labor Federation. History During the British Mandate of Palestine period Hapoel had a bitter rivalry with Maccabi and organized its own competitions, with the exception of football, the only sport in which all the organizations played each other. The 1970 FIFA World Cup was the ninth edition of the FIFA World Cup, the quadrennial international Association football, football championship for List of men's national association football teams, men's senior national teams.
