Yaser Hamed
Yaser Mohammed Abdulrahman Hamed ( ar, ياسر حامد; born 9 December 1997) is a professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Al-Rayyan. Born in Spain, he represents the Palestine national team. Club career The second of five sons born to a Palestinian father and a Spanish- Basque mother and a product of the esteemed Athletic Bilbao academy which he joined at 10 years of age and departed at 15, Hamed has gone on to play for various Basque sides in the third and fourth tier of Spanish football including CD Santurtzi, SD Leioa, and Club Portugalete. He was in the Portugalete team which won their league group in 2018–19 but narrowly failed to achieve promotion in the play-offs, and was still with them the following season when they managed to follow up a second successive title with promotion; however Hamed left the club at the end of that season. Leioa
Leioa ( es, Lejona) is a municipality in Biscay, Basque Country, in northern Spain. It is located south of Getxo and Berango delimitating east and south with Erandio, Portugalete and Sestao. The West Asian Football Federation Championship (), or simply WAFF Championship, is an international association football competition contested by the senior men's national teams of the members of the West Asian Football Federation (WAFF), the governing body of football in Western Asia. The 2019 West Asian Football Federation Championship, also called Asiacell WAFF Championship Iraq 2019 due to sponsorship by Asiacell, was the 9th edition of the WAFF Championship, an international tournament for member nations of the West Asian Football Federation (WAFF). It was hosted in Iraq for the first time, in the cities of Karbala and Erbil. The tournament was meant to be held from 8 to 17 December 2017 in Amman, Jordan, but was postponed to a later date, and subsequently moved to Iraq on 21 May 2018. It was then expected to be held in November 2018, but yet again postponed to July–August 2019. 2020 Tercera División Play-offs
The 2020 Tercera División play-offs to Segunda División B from Tercera División (Promotion play-offs) were the final playoffs for the promotion from 2019–20 Tercera División to 2020–21 Segunda División B. The first four teams in each group took part in the play-off. Format Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the format was changed to an "express play-off" between the four first qualified teams of each group at the moment of the suspension, without meeting teams from other groups. Playoffs were played, if possible, in a final four format at neutral venues and depending on the evolution of the pandemic in each region, with spectators or behind closed doors.
