Yanick Dupré
Joseph Jacques Yanick Dupré (November 20, 1972 – August 16, 1997) was a Canadian professional ice hockey left winger who played 35 games over parts of three seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Philadelphia Flyers. He died at the age of 24 after a 16-month battle with leukemia. The Yanick Dupre Memorial Class Guy Award was named after him to honour his memory and is given to the Flyer who best illustrates character, dignity, and respect for the sport both on and off the ice. A similarly named award is also presented by the American Hockey League in recognition of a player's community service. Yanick Lehoux
Yanick Lehoux (born April 8, 1982) is a Canadian professional ice hockey forward who is currently an unrestricted free agent. He most recently played for Malmö Redhawks of the Swedish HockeyAllsvenskan. Lehoux was born in Montreal, Quebec. As a youth, he played in the 1996 Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament with the Rive-Nord Elites minor ice hockey team. He was drafted by the Los Angeles Kings, 86th overall, in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft. After four seasons within the Kings organization, he attended the Phoenix Coyotes training camp, but was quickly reassigned to the AHL. On July 25, 2008, he was signed by the Montreal Canadiens as an unrestricted free agent to a one-year contract. He was not offered an extension with the Montreal Canadiens. On July 7, 2009, Lehoux signed for the Swedish club Södertälje SK of the Elitserien. Yanick Paquette is a Canadian comic book artist. He has worked for Antarctic Press, Topps Comics, Topps, Marvel Comics, Marvel, and DC Comics and since 1994. Career In 1996 Paquette drew two miniseries adapted from the TV series ''Space: Above and Beyond'', written by Roy Thomas, for Topps Comics. The following year he and Thomas reunited to draw ''Xena: Warrior Princess: Year One'' for Topps. In 1997 Paquette drew two issues of ''JLA Secret Files'', his first work on the Justice League of America. He would return to those characters in 1998 with ''JLA (comic book), JLA: Tomorrow Woman'' and "Madmen and Mudbaths", one of the stories in the 1999 anthology book ''JLA 80-Page Giant'' #2.
