Yakubu Yakson Sanda
Yakubu Yakson Sanda (born 1965) is a Nigerian politician from Bicizà who was elected speaker of the 9th Plateau State House of Assembly in 2021. Sanda is a first-time member of the Assembly elected from Pengana Constituency on the platform of All Progressives Congress in 2019. He was elected by members of the house as speaker after the impeachment of Rt. Hon. Abok Ayuba. Bicizà (Bichiza) which is today called Mc Alley or in some instances, Mista Ali is a small town in Buji district of Plateau state, Nigeria, that has boundaries with Jos North Local Government Area. It is the gateway to the State when coming from Zaria, Kaduna State and Kano State as well, in central Nigeria. Biciza (Bichiza) Means place of wasteland. It is a village to the Boze or Buji people, a dialect cluster of Kainji languages in Nigeria. Plateau State House Of Assembly
The Plateau State House of Assembly is the legislative arm of the government of Plateau State of Nigeria. It is a unicameral legislature with 24 members elected from the 17 local government areas of the state. Local government areas with considerable lager population are delineated into two constituencies to give equal representation. Simon Lalong CON (born 5 May 1963 in Shendam, Plateau State) is a Nigerian lawyer and politician, who is the incumbent Governor of Plateau State, Nigeria. The All Progressives Congress (APC) is one of the two major contemporary political parties in Nigeria, along with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
