Yakob Sayuri
Yakob Sayuri (born 22 September 1997) is an Indonesian professional Association football, footballer who plays as a Midfielder (association football)#Winger, winger and Defender (association football)#Full Back, full back for Liga 1 (Indonesia), Liga 1 club PSM Makassar and the Indonesian national football team, Indonesia national team. He is the twin brother of Yance Sayuri, who is also a footballer. Club career Early career Coming from the remote island chain of Yapen in Papua province, Yakob had no experience training in any football academy or organized youth team. Yapen Islands Regency
Yapen Islands Regency is a regency (''kabupaten'') in Papua Province of eastern Indonesia. It covers an area of , and had a population of 82,951 at the 2010 Census and 112,676 at the 2020 Census. The official estimate as at mid 2021 was 114,210. It comprises an archipelago which lies in Cenderawasih Bay off the north coast of Western New Guinea.
