The ''Union Cycliste Internationale'' (UCI; ; en, International Cycling Union) is the world governing body for sports cycling and oversees international competitive cycling events. The UCI is based in Aigle, Switzerland. The UCI issues racing licenses to riders and enforces disciplinary rules, such as in matters of doping. The 2023 Arab Sports Games was the 13th edition of the Arab Games, an international multi-sport event which will take place in Algeria, between 5 and 15 July 2023.
