''Y Para Siempre'' ( Eng.: ''"And Forever"'') is the twelfth studio album released by Los Bukis on July 1, 1989. This release includes nine songs written by Marco Antonio Solís, who also produced the album. The three singles yielded from this album peaked within the Top 20 in the ''Billboard'' Hot Latin Tracks chart: "A Donde Vayas", "Me Dió Coraje", and the number-one song " Cómo Fuí a Enamorarme de Tí". Como Fui a Enamorarme de Ti was also the name of the movie starring Los Bukis. Los Bukis
Los Bukis (The Bukis, ''buki'' translates as ''Little Kid'' in the Yaqui language) are a Mexican Grupera band from Ario de Rosales, Michoacan. In 1973, the band was founded by cousins Marco Antonio Solís and Joel Solís. Their first song was ''Falso Amor'' ("False Love") and its style became popular throughout Latin America. Marco Antonio wrote the songs; the album "Me Volvi a Acordar de Ti" in the year of 1986 sold one million records in just a few weeks after its launch, earning the album "diamond" status. He also wrote and produced albums for artists such as Marisela, Rocío Dúrcal, Beatriz Adriana, Lucero, El Pegasso de Emilio Reyna (now using the name El Pega Pega), and María Sorté. After twenty years of success, in 1996, Marco decided to pursue a solo career. The band disbanded. "Cómo Fui a Enamorarme de Ti" (English: ''How Could I Have Fallen in Love With You'') is a song written and produced Mexican singer-songwriter Marco Antonio Solís, and performed by him as the lead singer of Los Bukis. It was released as the second single from his 12th studio album ''Y Para Siempre'' (1989). This song became their second number-one single in the ''Billboard'' Top Latin Songs chart, after "Y Ahora Te Vas" one year prior.
